Keno goes on a HV

Woohooo!! I got to meet a fabulous woman last night when Ms. Kim and I went to do a home visit with Ms. S. I got to do some exploring and even tho the space was a little smaller, I found some good stuff on several of my rounds like a heating pad and some new toys! When I scored the heating pad, Ms. Kim saw me right away and told me to drop and leave it so I did; I was still curious but she was on me each time so I finally decided to give up cuz obviously she wasn't going to let me have it and she was watching me like a hawk! Dunno why! Ms. S was so nice as she gave me fresh water after my short ride and then she gave me a cookie from this thing that made really weird noises which I didn't care as long as I got the cookie! Yum!! We even got to visit their very own dog park which is cool but it was so darn hot, I didn't play or run around. I was ready to get back into the A/C!! Once we got back there, Ms. S threw a ball for me a couple of times but I much preferred just chewing it and trying to tear it apart. She then got another squeaky toy out and I proceeded to play with that until I broke it. She was saying something like I couldn't have anymore so while they were talking, I helped myself to another toy! They thought it very funny!! Apparently I play too rough with them so I would need to get some Kong toys that were a bit tougher for big chewers like me according to Ms. Kim. Sounds good to me!! I hope I get one with some peanut butter in it like they were talking...I dreamt about it all last night!! It was nice meeting you Ms. S. Hope I can come visit again!

Keno playing with his foster siblings

Woohoo - I hit the jackpot!!

The end of my mini vacation came to an end today and to my surprise a new lady, Ms. Kim picked me up and took me on a long ride to her home. She told me this is my new foster home and that I will have some doggie friends to play with! Woohooo!! I was excited about a new home but was a little hesitant about the doggie friends as I need slow intro's and I'm a little picky! However, there was no need for the angst as Ms. Kim and this other guy, Mr. Carl (I heard he was the hubby, whatever that is) let me roam the house first and then I saw the 2 most beautiful girls ever outside!! I needed to go out and charm them so we went out. The bigger one was a little crazy I must say as she was very excited to meet me!! Mr. Carl let go of her and we instantly clicked and started playing! She's a Mal so no wonder!! After a few minutes of playing with Lana, Ms. Kim let go of the smaller one. I was nice to her but she gave me the cold shoulder! How rude!! I heard Ms. Kim say that she's like that with new kids so I shouldn't worry. Plus she's a Siberian Husky so that might explain it too. Then they let out this red/white boy and at first he didn't notice me and instead just was sniffing all around to find my scent and mark over it!! Once he was done, then he came over for introductions and he was nice too. He's a Siberian Husky too. Since then, I've been playing and playing with Lana and Mocha! I really like Lana - she speaks my language! Mocha plays weird by pulling on my neck scruff; so does Lana a little but I'll convert them to Mal play style soon enough! So far my first experience in a foster home as been great...I think I definitely hit the jackpot this time!!!

Yappy 4th!

Wishing all of my doggie friends and humans a Yappy 4th! I get to go on a weekend trip to another place altho I thought I was going to be able to gamble and try to get a win streak going but this place only had a bunch of other dogs and no slot machines! Whaz up with that? Oh well, I enjoyed my mini vacation and hope all my friends are enjoying the holiday weekend.
